1. Who we are
Edifice Information Ventures LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, trading as EivenX, is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

2. Data we collect
- Identity and contact data — name, email address, telephone number, and where applicable the organisation you represent.
- Billing data — billing name, address, country and tax identification where required. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe; we never receive or store full card numbers.
- Account and usage data — login records, course progress, feature usage, device and browser information, IP address, and technical logs from our platforms.
- Customer content — files, models, drawings and documents that you or your team upload to DesignBB or to our other platforms, together with the metadata associated with them.
- Communications — the content of messages you send us by email or through support channels.
3. Why we use it
- To provide, operate and maintain the services you have contracted
- To process payments, issue invoices and manage subscriptions
- To provide customer and technical support
- To issue certificates and records of course completion
- To secure our platforms, prevent fraud and investigate misuse
- To send service messages about your account, billing or material changes to these policies
- To comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations
Where we rely on your consent — for example, for optional commercial messages — you may withdraw it at any time.
4. Service providers
We rely on the following processors, each of which handles data only as needed to provide its part of the service:
- Anthropic — the AI model provider behind the assistant features in OneHAIT, DesignBB and Buildia. Content you submit to those features is sent to Anthropic to generate a response.
- Stripe — payment processing. EivenX does not store payment card data.
- Supabase — application database.
- Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery and network security.
- Bunny.net — file and video storage and delivery.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Google — authentication, where you choose to sign in with a Google account.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. International transfers
EivenX operates from the United States with operations in Argentina. Personal data may be processed in the United States and in Brazil, as well as in other countries where our service providers maintain infrastructure. Where data is transferred out of your country of residence, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including the contractual terms offered by our processors.
6. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described above. In practice this means:
- Account and course records: for the duration of the relationship and while certification records may reasonably be required
- Billing and tax records: for the period required by applicable law
- Customer content on DesignBB: for the term of the subscription and a reasonable transition period after it ends, after which it is deleted
- Technical logs: for a limited period for security and diagnostic purposes
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request:
- Access to the personal data we hold about you
- Correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion of your data, where we are not required to retain it
- A copy of your data in a portable format
- Restriction of, or objection to, certain processing
Send requests to [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable period and in any case within the time limits set by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
8. Cookies
We use only essential cookies, which are necessary for authentication and session management, and basic analytics cookies, which help us understand aggregate usage of our sites and platforms. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; essential cookies are required for authenticated areas to function.
9. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the data we handle, including encryption in transit, access controls and multi-factor authentication for administrative accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
Our services are directed at professionals and institutions and are not intended for individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Material changes will be notified by email to account holders before they take effect.
